We had an amazing experience with Grandan Homes thanks to Tyson and Jeremy. Tyson was a huge help during the design phase, taking the time to walk us through blueprints and material choices until we were 100% confident. Once the home arrived, Jeremy took the lead on the service side and has been just as attentive. They are both very pleasant to work with and made the entire process from 'blueprint to moved-in' feel seamless. They truly go the extra mile.
I cannot recommend Grandan Homes enough. The level of personal attention is unmatched—Tyson spent hours helping us pick out every detail from lighting to layouts, and Jeremy has been lightning-fast at answering questions since our home was delivered. He's even driven two hours just to explain something in person that couldn't be covered over the phone. Very quick to address anything that might have been missed inside and on the outside. When you are new the whole process and you don't know what to look for in regards to something being wrong or not done correctly it's nice to have someone that will point out things that you would've never seen. If you want a team that is responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about your home, this is it.
If you are looking for someone who truly cares about the details, ask for Tyson. After discussing all of our wants, hopes, and dreams with him he was able to use all of his experience to get the foundation started. He spent hours walking my wife and I through every single interior and exterior selection for our Sunshine home. He didn’t just show us samples; he explained how the cabinetry and colors would look under different lighting and helped us understand the feel of the materials. He even helped us reconfigure the blueprints to get the layout exactly right. He made the selection process incredibly thorough and stress-free. We have finally moved into our new home and couldn't be happier!
We ordered on Jan 25 and we're in May 25. Wilth everything done by Grandan. They did everything! We just moved in! The guys were the best! Jason and Jeremy kept their word on everything told to us. We looked at many dealers and they were priced complete vs just house at Clayton. I would highly recommend them for your home! Thanks Grandan for our home.
Grandan is building our home as I type. I can’t say enough great stuff about the owner Jason and Grandan homes. He listened to exactly what we wanted. He gave suggestions and was a straight shooter. He actually found the house we had in our minds. We worked with other places in the area but Grandan EARNED OUR BUSINESS along with some more of my friends wanting to build. They are an OUTSTANDING GROUP OF GREAT PEOPLE. I couldn’t be happier. They are working so hard.
Awesome place to do business with. From the office to the men installing your house we give an “A1” rating. They won’t stop till your happy and get what you’re looking for price and style. Started with conventional home build and switched to Grandan and so glad we did.
